In December 2009 Canusa Corporation (Baltimore, Maryland) and Th. Brunius (Gothenburg, Sweden) created a global alliance for the marketing of Containerboard and Packaging Papers. The two companies trade in excess of 300,000 tons annually and maintain a presence across Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East and the Americas.

The two companies will operate independently as they evolve a co-marketing campaign under the name of CB Global Alliance.
